Bridal Assistant Duties

Let me be your extra pair of hands (and calm presence!) on your wedding day. From the early morning prep to your final outfit change, I’ll be there to support you, handle the details, and make sure your day flows smoothly—so you can stay present and stress-free.

Prior to the Wedding

Pre-wedding call with the bride to review the timeline, family dynamics, bridal party details, and any specific wishes or needs for the day
Confirm breakfast and lunch preferences for the bride and bridal party
Review hair and makeup schedule
Go over any dresses or outfits that need steaming
Confirm transportation logistics if getting ready off-site
Discuss what personal items you'd like me to manage throughout the day

Morning of the Wedding (AM)

Pick up/order and set up coffee, drinks, breakfast, and lunch at the getting ready location
Steam dresses and outfits as needed
Answer timeline-related questions and coordinate with the wedding planner
Serve as the point of contact for the photo and video team

Afternoon & Evening (PM)

Assist with bridal outfit changes and hold personal items throughout the day
Ensure the bride and groom have food and drinks during key moments
Help hold the bouquet during portraits
Assist with bustling the dress

Wedding & Event Assisting

Includes set up, event management and breakdown.

Wedding/event assisting: $30 per hour.

What types of decorations does Champagne Celebrations offer?

We offer a wide range of decorations, including backdrops, small balloon garlands, bride room and favor bags and items. We love all bachelorette & bridal shower themes! If you already have your own decor. You may send to us to set up. Set up fee begins at $250.

What is included in Champagne Celebrations' day-of coordination services?

Your big day should be filled with joy, not stress. As your dedicated Wedding and Bridal Assistant, I'm here to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so you can focus on celebrating. From helping with the dress and touch-ups to keeping the timeline on track and coordinating with vendors, I’ll be your right-hand woman for all the little (and big!) moments that matter most. Think of me as your calm in the chaos—here to support, assist, and make your wedding day seamless.

Bridal assisting pricing: Hours vary between 8am-7pm

What are your Terms for Bachelorette Set Up?

* We need a 2-3 hour window for guest arrival (or guests can be there: up to you!) to ensure the décor is set up in a beautiful and timely manner.

*We will need full access instructions no later than one day before the event date. If allowed, we can set up during an early check-in.

* Your party set up/ plan is not reserved until a deposit or full payment has been made.

We accept PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.

Please note that we're not responsible for cleaning beyond picking up our rental items.

*Does not include groceries, travel, or accommodations in planning package.

*Serving Del Mar, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, Little Italy, and Downtown San Diego.

$50 charge for other parts of San Diego not listed.
