Champagne Celebrations is a boutique event planning company dedicated to creating elevated, unforgettable celebrations. From bachelorette weekends and bridal showers to baby showers, birthday parties, engagement parties, family reunions, celebration of life gatherings, and thoughtfully curated private events, every occasion is designed to be meaningful, beautiful, and stress-free.

Wedding Assistant Package
Wedding Assistant Duties
Take the stress out of your wedding day with reliable, hands-on support. My wedding assistant service helps keep everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly so you can focus on celebrating with your loved ones.
Rate: $30 per hour
- Assist the wedding/event planner with day of setup
- Help coordinate vendors
- Keep the wedding timeline on track
- Assist with ceremony and reception transitions
- Help arrange tables, décor, favors, and personal items
- Assist the couple, wedding party, and guests as needed
- Help with cleanup and organizing personal items at the end of the event
- Provide flexible support based on your wedding’s specific needs
Bridal Assistant Package
Rate: starting at 400 +
Let me be your extra pair of hands (and calm presence!) on your wedding day. From the early morning prep to your final outfit change, I’ll be there to support you, handle the details, and make sure your day flows smoothly—so you can stay present and stress-free.
Prior to the Wedding
- Pre-wedding call with the bride to review the timeline, family dynamics, bridal party details, and any specific wishes or needs for the day
- Confirm breakfast and lunch preferences for the bride and bridal party
- Review hair and makeup schedule
- Go over any dresses or outfits that need steaming
- Confirm transportation logistics if getting ready off-site
- Discuss what personal items you'd like me to manage throughout the day
Morning of the Wedding (AM)
- Pick up/order and set up coffee, drinks, breakfast, and lunch at the getting ready location
- Steam dresses and outfits as needed
- Answer timeline-related questions and coordinate with the wedding planner
- Serve as the point of contact for the photo and video team
Afternoon & Evening (PM)
- Assist with bridal outfit changes and hold personal items throughout the day
- Ensure the bride and groom have food and drinks during key moments
- Help hold the bouquet during portraits
- Assist with bustling the dress

Wedding Day of Management Package

You’ve planned the details—we’ll help bring everything together. Our Day-of Wedding Coordination package provides reliable support before and throughout your wedding day, allowing you to relax, enjoy your celebration, and stay present with the people you love.
Designed for couples who have planned their wedding themselves and want a professional coordinator to take over the details, timeline, and logistics on the wedding day.
This package is for the amount of 80 guests or below.
Package Includes
- Final Planning Consultation
One planning meeting 2–4 weeks before the wedding to review all details, vendors, timeline, and final plans.
- Wedding Day Timeline
Creation and management of a detailed wedding-day timeline for the couple and vendors.
- Vendor Communication
Confirmation and coordination with vendors prior to the wedding day to ensure everyone has the correct timeline, arrival times, and logistics.
- Wedding Day Coordination: Professional coordination from up to 8 hours on the wedding day.
- Ceremony Coordination
Assist with ceremony setup, processional/recessional, and ensure the ceremony runs smoothly.
- Reception Coordination
Coordinate key reception events including grand entrance, dinner, speeches/toasts, cake cutting, first dance, and other planned activities.
- Vendor Management
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors on the wedding day so the couple can relax and enjoy their celebration.
- Setup & Details
Light setup of personal décor, signage, favors, guest book, place cards, and other small details provided by the couple.
- Timeline & Troubleshooting
Keep the wedding day on schedule and handle unexpected issues discreetly and professionally.

We offer a wide range of decorations, including backdrops,, bride room and favor bags and items. We love all bachelorette & bridal shower themes! If you already have your own decor. You may send to us to set up. Set up fee begins at $250.
Your big day should be filled with joy, not stress. As your dedicated Wedding and Bridal Assistant, I'm here to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so you can focus on celebrating. From helping with the dress and touch-ups to keeping the timeline on track and coordinating with vendors, I’ll be your right-hand woman for all the little (and big!) moments that matter most. Think of me as your calm in the chaos—here to support, assist, and make your wedding day seamless.
Bridal assisting pricing: Hours vary between 8am-7pm

Schedule a complientmentary discovery call to see if we are a good fit. Your big day is so special and I’d love to help you with the following month of management duties: timeline creation, vendor recommendations, rehearsal the day before the wedding and executing the day of timeline.
*Must book one of our Backdrop Rentals then may choose as many add on options including bride room decor, grocery stocking, and favor assembly.
* We need a 2-3 hour window for guest arrival (or guests can be there: up to you!) to ensure the décor is set up in a beautiful and timely manner.
*We will need full access instructions no later than one day before the event date. If allowed, we can set up during an early check-in.
* Your party set up/ plan is not reserved until a deposit or full payment has been made.
We accept PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.
Please note that we're not responsible for cleaning beyond picking up our rental items.
*Does not include groceries, travel, or accommodations in planning package.
*Serving Del Mar, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, Little Italy, and Downtown San Diego.
$50 charge for other parts of San Diego not listed.
